No Refund Policy: Based on the type of services we provide to our customers, and the personalization/customizations made to products, we have a 'No refund' policy. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our services rendered to you. Please contact us directly so we can address and correct any issues that may arise. All urn designs are preapproved by individual client before we engrave the urn. All Portrait designs are trial/test engraved 2-5 times to create the best final image for your final urn at delivery.
Deposit: the deposit is required to retain our services and must be paid in full prior to pick-up/drop off of the deceased pet. Credit cards will remain on file until invoice is paid in full. If you no longer want the original package options you chose, contact us immediately so we can update the invoice and pricing. This has to be communicated via text or email within 24hrs of pet being in our custody. (Before the urn is engraved, or pendant is created.) Deposits are listed on the final invoice as a prepaid credit and will be subtracted from the final total due.
Deposit rate is based on the pets' weight:
If pet is between 1 lbs - 70 lbs the deposit is $100 plus tax. ($108.98)
If pet is between 71 lbs - 200 lbs the deposit is $150 plus tax. (163.47)
Image & Product disclaimer: Products in person may differ from the image provided on the website due to lighting variations (natural, indoor, white or yellow light), and personal screen settings. Product images are edited to show the best contrast and lighting on products. Website Photographs may not capture the exact colors or details of a product, and printing images and/or engraving may alter them further. Portrait engravings are unique to each client, and require a clear photograph of the passed pet. If you are unhappy with any part of our engraving design, please reach out to us so we can correct the issue. (Please see No Refund policy)
Privacy Policy: Companion Cremation, under 'Companion LLC', will not share or sell any clientele information to anyone. We understand our customer information is private, and we will not share or outsource any personal information. Services we provide are discretely and professionally handled.
