  • Companion Crematory is open Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, and Saturday & Sunday 8am to 4pm. We will update our Google Hours and post a notice on our website if we are closed on holidays or personal days.
  • We are available at our business location by appointment only for pet drop off or package pick up services. Please call 405-496-5406 to schedule an appointment timeslot. Please understand, we are a TWO-person team and scheduling allow us to be there for you.


  •  Only a deposit is required to retain our services. This is to be paid electronically via phone call, while making the schedule arrangements. This secures your time slot with us to transport/retain your pet. The deposit total will be credited on the final balance payment.  Final balances are to be paid in full prior to delivery of cremains (or USPS mailing of cremains). If you wish to drop off your pet to us, a Drop off time must be pre-scheduled, please call us at 405 - 496 - 5406. We are an Appointment Only business and not always on site.
  • Deposit rate is based on the pets' weight: Deposit payment goes towards final invoice as a credit.
  • If pet is between 1 lb - 70 lbs the deposit is $80 plus tax. ($87.18) 
  • If pet is between 71 lbs - 200 lbs the deposit is $150 plus tax. (163.47)


  • We provide pet cremation services in Cleveland, Grady, Comanche, Canadian, Oklahoma, McClain, Pottawatomie. Contact us at 405 - 496 - 5406 to see if we can provide service to your location and for information on the transport fee.
  • Transportation fee only includes the pickup of the deceased animal from the chosen location (home, vet office etc.) An additional fee will be incurred for the return delivery of your cremain ashes/package to home or vet office. (Unless in Noble or Norman, which is free)


  •  We use Square services to invoice and process all major credit cards. 
  •  We accept exact cash payments, Venmo, Apple pay and Cash App.
  • Payment Plan: We understand that some people may have the need to make a payment plan. Payment schedule can be arranged after the deposit is paid. Payment plans require a current credit/debit card to be kept on file. The card on file will be automatically charged on the scheduled bi-monthly dates, for the split-up amounts. Return of the cremains/ashes/urn package will be delayed until invoice is paid in full. (Invoice total can be split into 2 or 3 bimonthly payments. Bimonthly payments are payments made every two-week period.)
  • Payments that fail and do not process as scheduled, will incur an additional transaction fee of $25 per failed payment.


  • WE DO NOT OFFER EUTHANASIA SERVICES - You would have to arrange that through your chosen Vet office or clinic.                                                    
  • Pre-Planning your Cremation package: If you know you are going to need euthanasia - You can contact us beforehand to select your Cremation Service package and pay your deposit. That will allow us to schedule your pet pickup appointment in advance. Then Our team will make arrangements to pick up the deceased pet at your Vet office. You do not need to be present at the Vet office for us to pick up your pet. (Transport pickup fee may vary please call for information.)
  • Did your Pet pass at home? Natural passing process: If you have a pet that has naturally passed at home or at the Vet office. Please call us to make arrangements (405) 496 -5406. We will come straight to your home or Vet office to pick up your Pet. Only a deposit is required to schedule a pickup. You will need to select a package option based on weight of the passed Pet, and any additional requested keepsakes.     (Please note the additional cost of a transport fee and local taxes, on top of the package pricing. Payment plans are available if needed.)


  • Are you in the Norman and Noble communities? We offer Free Pickup services if your pet is under 80lbs, during our operating business hours (with a $40 pickup fee if pet is over 80lbs). We will set an appointment timeslot with you for local pickup. Delivery of your package to your home is free in Norman/Noble.


  • Do you need us to pick up your deceased pet? We offer a pickup service to: Oklahoma City, El Reno, Yukon, Edmond, Moore, Shawnee, Elmore City, Lawton, Chickasha and many others.  PLEASE NOTE: Transportation cost is not included in the cremation package price, and it covers ONLY the Pick-up transportation of the deceased animal. The pet cremains/ashes can be picked up during an appointment timeslot at our business location, or we can meet somewhere local in the Norman area for a drop off.


  • What is the cost of the transportation fee? Rates will vary based on distance traveled by us, and if we are making a second trip for a requested delivery of the cremains. Please call for your transport estimate based on location.


  • From the time we receive your call for our services, to the time we return the cremated remains to you. Be assured that your pet will be handled by a caring and sensitive staff. Our turnaround time from the Pick-up of your pet to the Delivery of the cremains package to you, is on average 7-10 days.    

               **Please note that the return time may be shortened or extended, based on influx of demand,

                   Holidays, Local weather, and business closed dates. Feel free to call us or text for an update.


  • If you are in Noble/ Norman area: The pet cremains/ashes can be returned to your home for free, via a Personal delivery by John Henry or Rachael Henry. This will be a pre-scheduled appointment window; we can also drop off at your porch if you're comfortable with that. (View the About Us page to see who we are.)


  • The remains can be returned to your Vet office in Norman or Noble, if your pet was picked up from there.


  • To pick up your package in person. We require a pre-scheduled appointment window, since we are a small "Mom & Pop" business and not always at our site location.


  • Or the cremains can be Mailed back to you using USPS Priority Mail Express. Mailing prices of cremains will vary on location and return times, it can range from $50-$100 based on USPS prices that are out of our control. All items mailed will be secured and bubble wrapped per USPS guidelines. This includes tracking, qualifying USPS insurance, and requires a proof of delivery signature.   • Our business DOES NOT offer 'viewing' cremation services: We cannot facilitate a 'viewing' cremation unfortunately. Our single location is a small operation - we are a small two-person team, and we operate everything ourselves. Including all appointments, transports, and designing aspects.
  • Private Cremation - All of our offered private cremation packages, are guaranteed to be a private cremation of your pet by themselves. (We do NOT offer group cremation with the return of mixed cremains. We only offer our disposal/communal package without ashes back.)


Company Policies


No Refund Policy: Based on the type of services we provide to our customers, and the personalization/customizations made to products, we have a 'No refund' policy. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our services rendered to you. Please contact us directly so we can address and correct any issues that may arise. All urn designs are preapproved by individual client before we engrave the urn. All Portrait designs are trial/test engraved to create the best final image for your final urn at delivery.


Deposit: the deposit is required to retain our services and must be paid in full prior to pick-up/drop off of the deceased pet. Credit cards will remain on file until invoice is paid in full. If you no longer want the original package options you chose, contact us immediately so we can update the invoice and pricing. This has to be communicated via text or email within 24hrs of pet being in our custody. (Before the urn is engraved, or pendant is created.) Deposits are listed on the final invoice as a prepaid credit and will be subtracted from the final total due.

Image & Product disclaimer: Products in person may differ from the image provided on the website due to lighting variations (natural, indoor, white or yellow light), and personal screen settings. Product images are edited to show the best contrast and lighting on products. Website Photographs may not capture the exact colors or details of a product, and printing images and/or engraving may alter them further. Portrait engravings are unique to each client, and require a clear photograph of the passed pet. If you are unhappy with any part of our engraving design, please reach out to us so we can correct the issue. (Please see No Refund policy)


Privacy Policy: Companion Cremation, under 'Companion LLC', will not share or sell any client information to anyone. We understand our customer information is private, and we will not share or outsource any personal information. Services we provide are discretely and professionally handled.
